At Voice of San Diego, each item is made to order just for you through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Because of this, we do not typically accept returns or exchanges unless there is a problem with your order.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what you expected, please reach out within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

We’ll review the issue and work with you on the best solution — whether that’s a replacement or refund.

🚫 All Sales Are Final Unless:

• The item arrives damaged or misprinted

• You receive the wrong item

• There’s a production error

Because all products are custom printed, we can't accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, size issues, or color preferences — so please double-check product details before purchasing.
